TRB Estates (Liverpool) Limited was established in 1990 and for the last fifteen years has specialised in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property mainly in the North West of England but also throughout the UK.
The company has a substantial trading portfolio which incorporates both let and vacant retail, office and residential property as well as building and farm land. TRB deals almost, exclusively within the property sector but has recently undertaken residential developments with a £5m scheme in Huyton Merseyside and a £5m scheme in Salford Manchester both available for sale to the general public.
TRB carries out a number of transactions in join venture partnership with banks and private investors and has recently undertaken acquisition work on behalf of a number of substantial overseas financial institutions. The company has also maintained its interest in the leisure sector owning and operating hotels, public houses and a health and fitness club in Cheshire
To the year end 30th June 2005 the Company and its associated entities reported a net pre-tax profit of £1.22m and a net asset value of £38.67m
