Research Methodology

The research was conducted by telephone survey amongst managing directors of SMEs based in Liverpool. The sample was taken from across a wide range of commercial sectors, including property, professional services, manufacturing, IT, financial services, retail and leisure. Respondents were asked to select from multiple options for each question - a summary of the questions and responses is detailed below.
