Aims:

1. To help inform and influence public agencies of private sector obstacles by delivering evidence collected at seminars and through the Downtown Liverpool website.
   
   
2. Act as a collective voice for the property developers and investors who have interests in Liverpool.
   
   
3. Improve communication channels between public sector agencies and private sector developers and investors by a series of high-level presentations from leading officials.
   
   
4. Positively promote the reputation of the city and encourage new and existing property developers and investors to view Liverpool as an attractive place to do business.
   
   
5. Promote and encourage communication between investors and developers.

How these aims will be achieved:

1. Quarterly property events providing opportunities to debate current issues, with presentations from the most important private and public sector organisations involved in Liverpool’s regeneration.
   
   
2. Challenge the public agencies to change existing structures that inhibit property developers and investors in the city.
   
   
3. Survey, research and collect the opinions of the Property Forum members to produce a collective response that will be issued to the public agencies for comment and action and to produce reports for Property Forum members on the actions of the public agencies.
   
   
4. Provide an information service and online forum via the dedicated Property Forum section on the Downtown Liverpool website.
   
   
5. Act as a link for new property investors looking to establish in Liverpool.
   
   
6. Provide networking opportunities for Property Forum members.
