Downtown Property Forum About: The Downtown Liverpool Property Forum represents the major developers, landlords and investors concerned in the physical regeneration of Liverpool. A major factor in the success of Liverpool’s regeneration is the infrastructure in which it operates. Property development is a crucial element in this strategy and a key indicator and measure of Liverpool’s growth and ambition. Since its launch in 2005, The Liverpool Property Forum has received presentations from leading regeneration experts and decision-makers, including Jim Gill (Chief Executive, Liverpool Vision), Nigel Lee (Head of Planning, Liverpool City Council), Sir Howard Bernstein (Chief Executive, Manchester City Council), Rod Holmes (Grosvenor Estates) and Warren Bradley (Leader, Liverpool City Council).
Four high profile property events are planned for 2008 with the aim of forming a recognised and established property liason group that will provide information and advice to public sector organisations on a regular basis. |
