Downtown Liverpool In Business (DLIB) will celebrate its third anniversary with a special 'sexy networking' party at Baby Cream on Thursday (31st May)
Chairman of DLIB Frank McKenna said:
"We have gone from strength to strength during the past three years, and we have not only created a dynamic business networking club for entrepreneurs, but provided a platform for the private sector to articulate its views to public sector agencies that govern our city."
"This has led to a number of important initiatives taking place, such as the streamlining of quangos that manage Liverpool, and the scrapping of the city council's tall buidings policy.
" There is still much to do to build a genuine partnership between the public and private sectors, but we are moving in the right direction."
