DLIB ANNOUNCES ANOTHER SPONSORSHIP DEAL

One of Liverpool’s leading banks, Yorkshire Bank, have become the latest sponsors of the fastest growing private sector and entrepreneurs organisation in the city, Downtown Liverpool in Business (DLIB).

Yorkshire Bank have agreed to co-sponsor Downtown’s ‘Liverpool Property Forum’ initiative.

DLIB Chairman Frank McKenna explained:
“The property forum represents the major developers, landlords and investors concerned with the physical regeneration of Liverpool. Quarterly seminars are held to focus on the issues that affect the property sector, and comments and observations from our members are fed back to the public sector agencies that manage the regeneration of the city.

“Yorkshire Bank’s decision to become a sponsor of DLIB is further evidence of Downtown’s growing influence within Liverpool’s private sector. We are delighted to have another high profile company on board.”

Alan Bowers of Yorkshire Bank commented:
“The Liverpool Property Forum offers us the opportunity of playing a central role alongside the city’s property sector in promoting Liverpool as a place that is on the up and very much a city worth investing in.”

The first seminar of the year ‘Building The Future’, will take place on Tuesday 22nd February at the Radisson Hotel, and will include presentations from Guy Butler of Paradise Street developers Grosvenor, and Liverpool Vision Chief Executive Jim Gill.

Entry is free of charge to Downtown Liverpool in Business members and supporters. Contact Dominique Gates Tel.0151 227 1633 for further details.
