Legal Help For Downtown Businesses

Private Sector champion Downtown Liverpool in Business have launched a new online legal facility for their members and supporters.

In association with Liverpool solicitors Brabners Chaffe Street a new legal section has been added to downtownliverpool.com.

DLIB Chairman Frank McKenna said:

“This facility will provide local businesses with information and advice on topical legal issues affecting them. Often company directors are too busy to keep up with changes in legislation, which can have a significant impact on the way their business operates. We are delighted to have been joined by one of the biggest legal firms in the city, Brabners Chaffe Street, who will be providing all the content for our legal section.”

Brabners Partner Denise Walker added:
“There is an increasing need for businesses to have easy access to information to help them deal with the legal challenges they face. With new legislation being introduced almost weekly, companies can feel as though they are being buried in bureaucracy. This new service will offer them advice on what the ‘hot topics’ are in legal terms, and alert them to important legislative changes taking place. We hope this new facility will become a useful and well used tool for the local business community.”

Brabners have already provided information on the DLIB website on employment law and intellectual property.
