The dynamic trio are all locals and have been professionally trained with local companies and academically educated at local higher education establishments. The brand name has been adopted from one of the City’s historical landmarks, namely the Grade 2* Listed Albany Building in Old Hall Street. Primarily a developer of Grade A commercial space and the highest quality residential apartments in both Liverpool and Manchester, the Albany Organisation intend to develop in other regions of the UK and internationally when appropriate opportunities arise.
