Brabners Chaffe Street is to move into new offices in one of Liverpool’s most prestigious buildings.
The firm will move to Horton House in Exchange Buildings in July next year.
More than 200 staff will be housed in 41,000 sq ft of prestigious office space, bringing the Brabners’ Liverpool team under one roof.
Up until now, the Brabners team has been split across its main office in Dale Street and a second site in Castle Street.
The announcement comes just weeks after the firm unveiled another record-breaking year with fee income rising by 20 per cent from £17.5million to £21million.
Brabners, which also has offices in Manchester and Preston, enjoyed particularly strong growth in its corporate and commercial property work.
Michael Brabner, the firm’s Managing Partner, said: “We are delighted to be able to move to one of Liverpool’s landmark buildings. Horton House is a prestige location and our decision to move there fits with our desire to play a full role in the regeneration of the city.
“The move will allow us to bring all our team in Liverpool under one roof and there is further space to meet our future expansion plans.
“We were determined to stay in the heart of the city’s thriving business community and this location is perfect.
“The increased capacity - not least, the additional meeting rooms - will allow us to provide an even better service to our clients.”
Brabners signed a 15-year lease on Horton House after the purchase of Exchange Buildings by UK Land and Property.
UK Land and Property plans to completely refurbish the 10-storey building with work commencing in August.
