DLIB corporate sponsors Vermont Developments have secured planning permission for a £100 million project on the waterfront. The two-acre Sefton Street site will be transformed by a prestigious mixed-use development, including a luxury hotel and a landmark 22-storey apartment block. Family homes, commercial, leisure and retail space will complete the scheme.

Brabners private client team have been nominated on a shortlist of three firms for the Regional Private Client Team of the Year. The awards are organised by the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and the winner will be announced in September.
