What would you change to help Liverpool deliver a more effective entrepreneurial culture? |
Chris's Answer: |
A business start up village where accountancy, secretarial and HR are all included in the monthly rent. Company formation, QA and Investors in People are included in the initial set up costs which is funded by Government funding. There should also be a standard business course that all new company Directors should have to pass initially, again externally funded which would give more confidence at inception.
