October 2012- Auto Enrolment Into Pension Schemes
Employers will have to automatically enrol workers into a personal account scheme (NEST) or the employers own pension scheme unless the employee opts out. Employers will also have to pay contributions into the scheme.

5th October 2012 – Last Day Individual Can Be Retired Under The DRA Where Statutory Extension Agreed
