Community Healthcare is changing and we need your help...

Liverpool Community Health is currently in the process of applying to become a NHS Community Foundation Trust (CFT) by early 2013.

From 6th February until 30th April 2012 we will be running a consultation with staff, the public and our stakeholders on our CFT plans.

As a CFT we will be able to develop and fund services to meet the needs of you and your community. Most importantly, we will be accountable to you, the people and communities we serve, giving you the chance to have a say in how we meet your health needs.

One of the key stages in our journey to become a CFT is finding out what everyone thinks about our plans and to recruit members.

To do this we need you to have your say.

No decisions have been made on these plans - we are committed to making changes, if that’s what our staff, the public and stakeholders want. You have the chance to really influence how LCH works in the future.
