Is Liverpool a business friendly city?
| Mersey Docks and Harbour boss, Peter Jones, described Liverpool as the least business-friendly they deal with. He wasn’t on his own in expressing discontent with the Councils attitude to the Private Sector. Mike Storey and Sir David Henshaw say this isn’t so. |
