Denise Walker

Denise Walker is a Liverpudlian and a confident believer in the long term success of her home city. She is the head of the Corporate Department of Brabners Chaffe Street solicitors in Liverpool. She has experience in the Liverpool corporate market of over 15 years with particular expertise in corporate transactional work. In the past 12 months her successes have included acting on the sale of the Insulation Division for Icopal Limited to SIAE Electronica and the reorganisation of the Practise Plan Group structure.

Prior to training as a solicitor, Denise spent 10 years in the medical field, where she worked in 3 different Liverpool hospitals. She now heads Brabners Chaffe Street’s Biotechnology team who, alongside Grant Thornton, are creating a structure to support the new and growing Biotechnology sector on Merseyside.
