The company has two equal shareholders, Graham White (who is also the Company Chairman) and John Hargreaves, Executive Chairman and majority shareholder of Matalan PLC. Since incorporation we have acquired a significant number of development projects in the UK, both residential and commercial and have started to utilise our land bank for primarily commercial development. TRB Estates (Liverpool) Limited was established in 1990 and for the last fifteen years has specialised in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property mainly in the North West of England but also throughout the UK.
The company has a substantial trading portfolio which incorporates both let and vacant retail, office and residential property as well as building and farm land. Downtown Liverpool in Business has signed up Mason Media to handle its public relations. Mason Media, which has recently opened an office in the Vanilla Factory in Liverpool’s Fleet Street, is run by experienced national newspaper editors and journalists. Director Nick Mason was News Editor of the Daily Mail in Manchester and London before launching Mason Media in 2003. The company provides public relations and marketing expertise to businesses in Merseyside and across the UK. Specialist areas include legal PR, property and construction, food and drink and other consumer brands. Fellow director Lucy Mason is also a former national newspaper writer as is media consultant Chris Marritt, who has recently joined the team from the Daily Mail in Manchester. Mason Media runs media campaigns across national, regional and local press, TV and radio and trade publications for all sectors. The company also provides a full copywriting, photography and design service for websites, newsletters, magazines, brochures and all other marketing materials.
