After leaving school at 16, Chris went to work for Tysons Contractors in Liverpool as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. At 19, he left to start up his own business. Now, at 31 years of age he is Chairman of Albany Assets Ltd which incorporates various companies under the Albany brand including Albany Building Ltd which is currently developing 123 residential units on Old Hall St with 20,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Albany Dining Rooms is soon to offer a couple of exclusive and unique eateries with the former head chef of The Ivy, Le Caprice and The Lowry to name but a few. There is tentative negotiations to deliver a joint venture company with one of London's most exclusive Member's Only clubs in Liverpool in the very near future.
Albany Serviced Apartments is about to see Irwell Chambers on old Hall St transformed into 50 nr trendy serviced apartments in the not too distant future.
Albany Legal Services offers Developers construction and development advice along with dispute avoidance, mediation and arbitration whilst specialising in joint ventures.
