Verinder and Associates began life in 1986 as a firm of Chartered Accountants with no clients, a great deal of commercial expertise, a thoroughly professional attitude and with the aim of bringing a quality service to our future clients.

We now have a client base which consists of hundreds of businesses across a diverse range of business categories and we have built a team of professional staff who provide a wide variety of accounting and financial services to this increasing list of clients.

During 1996 Verinder & Associates Business Consultants Limited was formed in order to develop the Business Consultancy arm of our organisation. This Company has worked mainly in the more deprived areas of Merseyside, helping Merseyside residents into self employment.

Verinder & Associates Wealth Management Limited was formed in March 2008 and is partnered with St James’s Place Wealth Management Group in order to provide a corporate and personal financial service to existing and future clients.
