Merchants Bar & Restaurant is a new Restaurant and Cocktail Bar situated within the boutique hotel, 62 Castle St on the corner of James St and Castle St in the commercial district of Liverpool city centre.

At Merchants there is something for everyone, from Small Plates & Sandwiches to Main Courses and Grills, extensive wines by the glass and an eclectic cocktail menu.

Our belief is that everybody should be comfortable in the surroundings whether it be a formal business lunch or a break from a shopping expedition at Liverpool 1. We appeal to everybody from couples going out for their tea to celebrations such as special birthdays or anniversaries.

Our service style is relaxed and informal but at the same time professional.

The Merchants Table is our stunning mirrored Private Dining Table which can seat up to 20 people and is fast becoming the talk of the city.

Merchants Bar & Restaurant is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, serving food from 12-10pm. The bar is open from 12pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
