Brunswick Quay Development Online Poll

Maro Developments ‘Brunswick Quay’ proposal is expected to be discussed by Liverpool City Council’s Planning Committee later this month. DLIB believes that this project gives the Council a great opportunity of winning back the confidence of the business sector, following the Fourth Grace debacle. Liverpool has the chance of securing a multi million pound investment that will not only bring jobs and regeneration to an area of the City in desperate need of a lift, but also protect the existing 80 businesses currently on the site. We await the decision on this important matter with interest, but we are not optimistic as planners are recommending refusal of a scheme, which, in our opinion, is architecturally ‘iconic’ in every sense of the word! Will the elected Councillors who make the final decision take a different view?
