The Albany Group
The Albany Group was formed by local entrepreneur Chris Nisbet, Steve Moule, former Deputy Managing Director of David McLean Contractors and John Mason, former Executive Director of James R Knowles, the Construction legal Specialist.
The dynamic trio have joined forces to create a unique “Albany” brand.
Primarily a developer of Grade A Commercial Space and the highest quality residential apartments in both Liverpool and Manchester, the Albany Group intend to develop in other regions of the UK and Internationally when appropriate opportunities arise.
In addition to its primary development function the Albany Group also provides legal, commercial and management services to the construction sector of the UK and wider world wide economies.
The unique structure of an in house development, legal, commercial and management team means that the Albany Group can offer a “one stop shop” to those investors in property or owners of freehold interest who do not have the appropriate skills to deliver their vision and desire.
The Albany Brand is further complemented by Jonathan Murray, the World Wide recognised restaurateur, who will manage the formation of Albany Dining Rooms with the intention of creating quality themed and concept Dining Rooms in each of the Albany Group’s Developments.
