Dolphin Construction Ltd Commercial & Residential Building Contractor was established in 2003 by John Kelley-Quinn (MD) with a primarily aim as a residential refurbishment developer for personal gain. However, over the last two years Dolphin has established itself as one of the North West leading contractors, generating contracts in access of £100 million pounds. Our clients range from individual owner occupier to public and private sector agencies. These include Liverpool City Council, Carillion PLC, Enterprise PLC, and Defence Estates (Ministry Of Defence), to name but a few. Dolphin also has an excellent land asset bank, upon which we aim to gain planning and develop a 10 acre site we own in Hoylake into a 5 star Hotel and Liesure Resort. We aim for national recognition continuing to provide a range of first-class building services with efficient and professional delivery.
