Programmes will include: news, sport, features, documentaries, advice, phone-ins and studio discussions. Presented by a mix of TV, radio and journalist talent including Trisha Goddard, Simon O’Brien, Margi Clarke, Dean Sullivan and Liverpool FC legends Ian (The Saint) St John and John Aldridge, who will be joined by established local radio personalities Phil Easton and Pete Price.

City Talk 105.9FM will reach approximately 1,500,000 people across Merseyside and the surrounding regions and will also be available on DAB.

The station will be a lively and original aimed to inform, entertain and provoke listeners. 105.9 will profile exclusive interviews, already on ‘Rob McLoughlin Live’, the new Culture Secretary; Andy Burnham MP gave his first interview, and on Friday 8th February, ex-CEO of Liverpool Culture Company, Jason Harborrow gave his first interview after his departure from the Culture Company.
